Terms and Conditions – X-Men: Apocalypse Prize Draw
1. Acceptance of these Terms
By entering into this Prize Draw, you will be deemed to have accepted, and to have agreed to be bound by, these terms and conditions.
All instructions, rules and conditions on any advertising or promotional materials relating to this Prize Draw form part of these terms and conditions, provided that in the event of any conflict or inconsistency, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
You must be a UK resident aged 11 years or over to participate. Participants under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent/legal guardian to enter, and the Promoter reserves the right to ask for proof of permission. The Prize Draw is not open to employees of Cineworld Cinemas, their immediate families, or anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw.
3. How to Enter
To enter this Prize Draw, entrants simply need to comment on Facebook post. There is no requirement to make any purchase in order to enter the Prize Draw or access the relevant Facebook link. Cineworld accepts no liability for any technical issues of any kind that may prevent anyone from entering the Prize Draw. Copyright in all entries is owned by the Promoter.
4. Start Date and Closing Date
The start time and date for the Prize Draw is 12th May 16 on 17pm and the closing time and date for entries is 20th May on 11.59pm
5. The Draw
All entries received by the closing date will be collected together and 1 winnerwill be drawn at random from all the entries received in accordance with these T&Cs. The winner will be selected at random by a computer process that produces verifiably random results or by an independent person, or under the supervision of an independent person. The draw will take place on or after 21st May
Winner(s) will receive a Facebook message notifying them that they have won no later than the 23rd May. Should the Promoter be unable to contact a winner or should a winner be unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions. Cineworld’s decision regarding the winner will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. The winner may be required to take part in publicity and by entering this Prize Draw they hereby agree to taking part in any such publicity.
6. The Prize
The Prizes are provided by Cineworld Cinemas Limited and are non-transferable. There will be 1 Bundle to give away including. 1 x Character Cards. 1 x Pin Badge. 1 x Notebook, 1 x Headphones, 1 x T-Shirt, and 1 x USB.
Please note that Cineworld gives no warranty or guarantee as to the quality of the prize. No cash alternatives will be offered. If the prize becomes unavailable for any reason outside of Cineworld’s control, Cineworld reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal value.
Anything not specified in these terms and conditions as being included in the prize package is excluded.
